3. Contact with the subject of that information for the sake of carrying out business plans, such as annual conferences and other events and services provided and provision of information thereof
4. Other purposes incidental to the purposes of use above

The AXIES shall not disclose personal information it has collected to a third party except in the following cases.

2. When the subject of that information has given consent
3. When contracting out all or part of the handling of personal data within a scope necessary to achieve the business purposes (e.g., sharing the name and address of the person with a company to whom distribution and other services have been contracted out)
4. Other than the above, when there is a legitimate reason conducive to achieving AXIES’s business plan

The AXIES shall strive to manage collected personal information properly in order to safeguard such information against destruction, falsification, leakage, or loss, provided, however, that the personal information that has been disclosed by the subject of that information or has already been in the public domain is outside the scope of management by the AXIES.

In the event that the subject of personal information requests disclosure of his/her personal information, the AXIES shall, as a general rule, do so without delay.
